Though I appreciate the proposer's efforts, I don't think this map is comprehensive enough to be a good enough developer guide.

We appreciate the efforts of the proposer. However, we are uncertain about the demand for this.

I cloned the repository and ran the page locally. It's not responsive design. Link section on pop-ups always show polkadot.js.org, however the links seem to work. It could have been useful if it was researched and developed well, but in it's current state it's a very preliminary work. I encourage the developer to keep working on it and come back when they arrive at a decent version.

The effort made is appreciated, but I really don't think we are facing a tool that is necessary in the ecosystem.
