This proposal is about fixing two problems with bounties on Polkadot.

Curators were removed from some active bounties by mistake. This let someone else remove them with mean comments. The proposal wants to put the original curators back for three bounties:
- Open Source Developer Grants Program (Bounty 59)
- Games Bounty (Bounty 38)
- Polkadot Pioneers Prize (Bounty 10)
The teams working on these bounties agree with this change. In the future, a new update will let bounties last forever, so curators won't need to renew their role.
The proposal also wants to clean up some bounties that are not active anymore. These bounties will be closed because they have been inactive, don't have enough money, or don't have enough information. The bounties to close are:
- Bounty 42
- Bounty 60
- Bounty 61
- Bounty 65
- Bounty 66
- Bounty 68

The renewal system is unclear at best, and is a relatively unknown issue by most people in the eco that needs fixing. Rather than focusing on who missed renewal(s), we should support fixing the situation and this helps with that.
