• The Polkadot Ambassador Fellowship is starting an interim phase.
• The main goals are to create an Advisory Board and get initial funding.
• The Advisory Board has 13 members from different companies and roles.
• They will get 640,000 USDT to support the program for four months.
• 40,000 USDT will go to the Ambassador Fellowship Treasury for monthly expenses.
• 600,000 USDT will be used for monthly allocations during the interim phase.
• 9 out of 13 board members will control the funds using a multi-sig system.
