Supporting SubWallet's retroactive request as a widely adopted, core wallet that consistently releases features aligned with the ecosystem, and which has materially reduced its request, strengthens essential Polkadot infrastructure while maintaining a healthy plurality alongside Talisman and Nova. But in general, maybe a new bounty program for wallets could be introduced with clear task scopes and curator oversight to ensure quality and accountability.

Thanks to the team for the budget revision. This time I'm in favor. Wallet teams should strive for self-sufficiency, but it can only be achieved in the longer term. Moving towards a bounty for wallets, or maybe even including these operations in the DeFi Tooling Bounty, would be beneficial.

With these changes made based on community feedback, I think it's a positive thing that we have a Subwallet proposal of this caliber. AYE.
