It is really a very high amount that is requested for a team that we do not really know its scope and projection. The target metrics they propose seem to me really very complex to achieve, 950 million users is a number that is very difficult to see in any product within the technology sector, so I find it very complex to believe that they will really reach this figure. It would be interesting to see this proposal but with a different approach, with a focus on well segmented milestones and with the accompaniment of a bounty that could follow up on what is delivered. I think the central idea is not bad, but the execution is wrong from my point of view.
