The main point here is to keep the developer focused in and contributing to Polkadot, but I would like to see more focus on actual adoption of the library by existing projects, and iteration based on feedback from developers. For the future goals, the strategic focus is on Polkadot Hub for this year (and to a lesser degree Polkadot Cloud), so it would be great to see the roadmap align with those priorities.

We always support people building products to improve DevEx. We would like to see future proposals aligned with the Polkadot Hub narrative of getting teams to build dapps.

Any API that helps to draw developers into the ecosystem by providing easy-to-use tools is worthy of being funded in my opinion.

Tien is a regular contributor to the ecosystem. I support this proposal, yet for the next one I think I would like to see some numbers on developer adoption, and information on how the library is being utilized by developers.

I think the ask is a bit high and I want to see the adoption data too.

I vote AYE, although, I maintain the same doubt as William and Yongfeng about the real level of adoption that can reach everything that is being funded. I think it is important to be able to fund approaches that actually have a real use within the ecosystem.
