Snowbridge Gateway Upgrade Proposal

This proposal is about upgrading the Snowbridge Gateway on Ethereum.
The new features will let users send assets like DOT from Polkadot to Ethereum.
It will also allow sending native Ether from Ethereum to Polkadot without extra steps.
The upgrade involves changing the Gateway contract at a specific address.
A new implementation contract will replace the old one.
Extensive testing was done to make sure everything works well.
An audit of the contracts is in progress to ensure safety and reliability.

Makes a lot of sense to have alternatives for cross-chain asset transfer, I would have liked to see the audit so I would advise voting a bit late on this one, however my position is AYE.
