Necessary initiative, and their presence has been visible, and they have been improving their work. But I would prefer a half-yearly submission (quarterly may not provide enough runway for it, I understand), and I find the expenses for mentors, travel, and infrastructure maintenance a bit too high. I abstain, closer to nay.

Generally supportive of this initiative and team, but I’d prefer a quarterly ask instead of a full-year request to stay aligned with how newer or unproven programs are typically funded.

I think it's excellent that we can see the growth and development of the community, however, I also believe that it would be ideal for the proposal to be divided into shorter time frames and to maintain clear KPIs so that, as an ecosystem, we can continue to evaluate its performance and approve subsequent months.
