PolkaPort East (PPE) will help Polkadot set up a company in Hong Kong.
The partnership will help Polkadot get support like money, rules, and new friends.
Polkadot will help other projects move to Hong Kong for benefits.
The plan costs about $35,700 to start the new company.
Extra money not used will go back to Polkadot.
Projects interested can talk to PPE for help moving.
