I'm not against what is being proposed per se, but I believe there needs to be an entity that monitors the effectiveness of this and adjusts over time to ensure effectiveness and impact. Maybe that is the Marketing Bounty Asia, but if not, please expand on the expected impact/benefit for Polkadot.

I know the PR industry quite well and particularly in Asia, with that cost, a lot of activations can be done, however, if they are not done with coordination, it would be money down the drain.
