The proposal is well written. But we are not sure how much value these educational proposals bring to the ecosystem. We hope to see an "education " bounty in the future.

The Indian community in Polkadot could grow with this proposal, however, I would like to see a more sustained growth from the proponents and come up with something that goes from less to more. I think you could start with a 2 month proposal and then show the results to the ecosystem and then come up with longer term things.
