We oppose anything related to DED. They have their own foundation, therefore they shouldn't ask OpenGov for funds

Personally, I don't know what we should do with the DEDs held by the Treasury. I understand that the community is not happy with the meme coin, but what should we do with those funds? It is important that we decide within the community.

Nay due to the following reasons: unverified identity, no execution report for the previous Referendum #1077, no documented execution plan for this referendum. It does not look like a serious proposal.

There was already enough treasury spendings on DED, Nay on this one, no need, no directly beneficial for Polkadot.
