They spoke at a banking conference about Web3 business models.
Over 150 people attended, learning about Polkadot technology.
They met with the United Nations to discuss using Polkadot for projects.
They also held a meetup with biker entrepreneurs.
They did not get paid for their work.
They are asking for 250 DOTs each as payment.

I think a tip this small shouldn't need to be very high impact to be approved. It looks like it was a well attended event and 250 DOT for a 4 day event seems like a very reasonable tip.
