OG Tracker Proposal Summary

OG tracker is great! We support this. Agree with Helikon on the split milestones, but isn't a prohibitive factor for us on a positive vote.

I personally believe that OG Tracker has done a necessary and positive job for the Polkadot ecosystem. When I was a DV, I used on several occasions their platform to evaluate various proponents. However, I consider what others who position themselves on NAY mention and I think I would have liked to have seen a proposal for 6 months.
