While the idea is interesting, I feel the price is too high for an MVP, especially as the idea/traction/usefulness is unproven. I'd like to see more indication that this is the key to meaningfully higher delegation than we have today.

It seems like an interesting tool to me, but I really don't think it's a tool that has a lot of use or impact. Do we really have users in Polkadot that are expressing the need that this tool is looking to solve?

There should be a smaller pre-product research budget.] After their initial engagement in our public Telegram channel, I suggested the proposer to include more details regarding the specifics of their data processing. As I noted today in our public Telegram channel, I personally still can’t see enough details on the specifics of their data pipelines. The business/use-case proposition can be presented in one paragraph, and I think that there is a valid case. What matters here is how they're going to approach what sources of data, the specifics of the design of the actual process. It's not clear to me how the philosophy or the direction of a delegate is going to be deduced from the mentioned data. More specifics into this process, or a smaller ask to figure out this step pre-product would be acceptable. In its current form, it's a nay from me.

Abstain because of possible COI with my products. But I have same concerns with Helikon.

Other solutions are already in development, and in my opinion, additional money and effort aren’t necessary right now. There are only a limited number of DAOs currently, and it’s fairly straightforward to research or ask around to find the right fit. I’m voting nay until the proposing team addresses the concerns raised by other members.

I think it's way too difficult and maybe a bit pointless to quantify, categorize and rank DAO's and the values they're voting with like Pokemon.

We think this could be beneficial to the ecosystem.

Interesting idea, is price is so low why dont they deploy it and we see if the usage is worth that money or we should expand the product.
