While the track may be in question, the developer is looking for an early signal that this idea may have merit that will be evaluated later for initial funding, and I would like to send the signal that the idea is interesting. I appreciate the new perspective presented here as it brings new capabilities to Polkadot Cloud and presents and upgrade path to existing parachains built on Frontier. I don't think this actually competes with revive, and it instead provides an upgraded EVM environment (vs Solidity compatibility). A downside is maybe fragmentation of Solidity environments.
