I think as a whole the events bounty is working as intended. I would like the system of curators to evolve so there can be a new set of curators. We do need to be better at not entrenching the curator set into those positions, a lot of the curators are part of the same DAO Chaos DAO.

To the point, I had an experience with the Child bounty Roots program that showed that bureaucratic mechanics are jettison Good standing members from the community, clearly not aligning with what the program is trying to achieve but damaging its reach, and making even more difficult to achieve the targets of the program itself.

Events Bounty is one of the better ran bounties imo, doing good work with transparency and compliance with eco standards.

I share José's view. I believe it is important that we have a space for a change of curators, where we can have fresh faces and new personalities from the ecosystem. It is important to make room for other spaces in Polkadot.
I prefer to vote Abstain in this case.

I'm switching to aye after the September'25 Bounty Compliance Audit @ https://forum.polkadot.network/t/bounty-compliance-audit-september-2025/14755. The ask is quite substantial, but I believe the operations should continue, and there should be a wider evaluation before the next funding.

I'd like to echo the sentiment around curator rotation, though for now it would be great to continue the effort.

We support this top-up for the Events Bounty because we consider supporting on-site events and conferences to be an important part of external communication. We also support initiatives and programmes like Roots that help to grow local Polkadot communities. So, overall, aye from us.
