I think the proposal could've been stronger with a technically-based initiation rather than a marketing-focused phase-1 (I'm aware this phase is part of a much bigger picture that involves technical integrations), but I believe that Flez should definitely be rewarded for his work so far and supported with his future work to be able to continue his valuable contributions.
