They help make Polkadot easier to use for everyone.
In Q2, they did 5 UX audits and got great feedback (95% happy).
They also helped improve tools for developers (87.5% voted yes).
Next, they want to do 8 more UX audits and start new programs.
The money will go to projects, team support, and operations.
Good UX helps Polkadot grow by making it user-friendly.
They share updates often so the community knows what they're doing.
