Proposal to raise validator commission from 10% to 15% for better earnings
Current earnings: ~$158/month per validator (10% commission)
Proposed earnings: ~$238/month per validator (15% commission)
Goal: Help validators cover costs and stay secure
Ideal earnings should be $300-$500/month for sustainability
Matches Decentralized Nodes programme’s max commission
Previous increases: 3% → 10%
More proposals may follow to adjust rewards further

I'm switching to abstain due to the fact that Helikon is running validators on Kusama, but I'm supportive. My original comment follows: I support it under the current KSM rate. It would benefit independent validators. It can be reviewed if KSM price recovers. Aye.

We abstain with our vote, as Polkadotters have own validators on Kusama, so there is a possible COI. But besides the fact that we support this idea, due to the price depreciation of KSM token. This can help smaller validators.
