I propose to make a multilingual encyclopedia in Polkadot that is in English, Spanish and Japanese initially; but that at a global level aims to be a reserve of knowledge that leads to blurring the line between what the Internet is and what Polkadot is. This company involves everyone who wants to join since it involves all areas of knowledge, as an encyclopedia that it aims to be.
My initial proposal is to focus on Polkadot and the Spanish language, scaling to all languages ​​and knowledge within reach and that does not ask for exclusion. That it is easy to ask for exclusion and that it is easy to enter it. In an extreme example of what I say: If tomorrow an extraterrestrial civilization arrives and offers a language and some knowledge, as if on the contrary it arrives and asks to be excluded.
It would be like the Polkadot wiki, but the Polkadot wiki excludes Spanish and universal knowledge. Polkadot does not exclude Spanish or universal knowledge, but the work of including them is what this proposal concerns.
