Hi Saxemberg,
I noticed your negative vote on the OpenGov proposal and wanted to provide some clarification.

The proposal was intentionally kept lean and straightforward, with the specific purpose of enabling the community to elect or remove the two community-side directors of the PCF. The intention here is not to finalize complex governance matters, but simply to establish a basic procedure so that, if candidates come forward, we can begin to understand the role, the scope of work, and the responsibilities of a Director. This also connects to the upcoming renewal request from the PCF itself and would allow the community to follow its operations more directly.

Regarding legal and liability aspects, these are already comprehensively addressed by the existing bylaws and by Cayman Islands legislation. That is why I avoided overloading the proposal with additional legal or bureaucratic details, which could risk creating unnecessary confusion. These aspects remain the responsibility of each applicant to study and evaluate carefully.

With this in mind, I would really appreciate your feedback specifically on the election and removal procedure itself, and any reasons why you believe such a mechanism should not be put in place.

Thank you very much for your time and perspective.
