Description

DeServe is a new global RPC network for Polkadot. It helps apps connect to the blockchain quickly and reliably.

It has servers in 14 locations around the world for low latency.
It is already live for some Polkadot chains and serving millions of requests daily.
It is 80% cheaper than the current main provider (IBP).
This proposal asks for $24,112 to help launch the service for all Polkadot chains.
Future payments will be requested every 3 months with full performance reports.
It is built by Helikon, a team with a long history of working on Polkadot.
