The Treasury Proposal is about a collaboration between Mubert Protocol and Pudgy Penguins, powered by Polkadot. Mubert Protocol is building the first data rollup on Polkadot, focusing on streaming and consumable data like AI-generated music. They want to work with Pudgy Penguins, a popular Web3 brand, to host events and increase Polkadot's visibility.

The main goal is to bring new users to the Polkadot ecosystem through real-world events, AI-driven music, and Web3 culture. They plan to have AI music DJ sets, on-chain music experiences, and community activations in different countries. This will help Polkadot reach a younger audience and show its connection to real-world experiences.

This proposal is supported by the Web3 Foundation, SubWallet, and Mythical Games. It will help grow the Polkadot ecosystem, change its narrative, and bring more users and partners to the network. The events will also help Polkadot connect with other chains and mainstream audiences.
