BRC721 lets people make NFTs on Bitcoin without bridges.
It uses Polkadot to help create and manage lots of NFTs cheaply.
NFTs can be for games or real things, all stored on Bitcoin.
The team has started work and needs funding to finish by early 2026.
They are asking for 40,000 DOT to pay for work and marketing.
The lead developer is Alessandro, with help from Toni and Alun.
Everything will be open for anyone to use.

产品形态和时机都不是很好，对与 BTC NFT 生态的真实需求存疑，暂时投票为反对。

未对比 Taproot Assets、RGB、Runes、Ordinals 的优势/劣势与迁移成本，开发者为何要选 BRC721？

另外当前社区重心在 Hub/DeFi/稳定币/核心时间市场，我们应该思考这个提案对 DOT 可以带来实际作用？

并且提案整体比较笼统且欠缺 KPI。

所以，该提案的成果不确定，可能最终支出会变成一项“科研/探索性支出”，短期看不到对 DOT 价值的提升。
