投票说明：

•	一位成员因提案金额较大、难以进行公平评估而选择弃权；
•	另一位成员因存在利益冲突而弃权；
•	最终由剩余一位成员投出反对票（NAY）。

反对理由如下：

本提案将数十个较小的子提案打包为一个大型综合提案，实质上是将多个请求合并为一次性提交。作为 Decentralized Voice（DV），我们被要求在有限时间内对所有内容集中审查，我们认为这在执行上并不现实 —— 尤其是因为不同子提案的评估标准各不相同。虽然其中部分内容可能值得支持，但也有一些难以合理说明，从整体上难以做出明确判断。

此外，我们认为本次请求的总资金额度偏高。部分子提案提供了明确的预算明细，但也有一些仅给出总金额，缺乏细节，导致我们难以评估其合理性。

基于以上原因，我们投出反对票（NAY）。
