• We want to put a special tool called the CREATE2 factory on Polkadot Asset Hub.
• This tool helps big apps like Uniswap use the same address on different blockchains.
• There's a problem: the usual way to install it doesn't work because of a gas price rule on Asset Hub.
• Our solution is to use a special governance call to install it correctly.
• We already tested this solution on a test network, and it worked.
• This will help developers build apps more easily on Polkadot.
