对于资金体量过大的提案，应该有更加详细的信息。例如：

  1. 过去 290 万美元的具体使用去向、每个项目的交付情况和 ROI（投资回报）都没有详细说明。
  2. 30 个项目里，到底有多少仍然活跃并给生态带来实质价值？如果有些只是“上线过一次集成”，但后续无人使用，那就很难证明其长期意义。
  3. Parity 本身也有在 hub 启动后 defi 扶持计划，这是否有重叠？
  4. 未来要集成的项目能否提供一个更加明确的计划清单？
