Avatar Accounts is a technology that allows users to interact with Polkadot SDK parachains directly through their existing Ethereum wallets. This means no downloads, new keys, or friction. It is a plug-and-play solution for builders using a simple Substrate pallet and JavaScript SDK. The proposal aims to fund the next 6 months of development, support, integrations, and GTM efforts to bring Avatar Accounts to multiple parachains and dapps.

The team behind Avatar Accounts has experience in both Ethereum and Polkadot ecosystems. They won ETHIndia 2022, the world's largest Ethereum hackathon, and are Polkadot Blockchain Academy graduates. The team lead, Tushar Ojha, is an ETHIndia Fellow and has been building in the Polkadot ecosystem for years.

我们一致反对，理由如下：
• 我们不认为 Avatar Accounts 能够有效吸引以太坊用户迁移到 Polkadot。虽然这一判断带有主观成分，但该提案本身也未能提供清晰、有逻辑的说明来支撑这一结论。另外生态中已经有众多以太坊兼容的方案。
• 团队共有三名成员，但预算却按四人计算，且成本打包列出，缺乏详细拆解。根据目前提供的信息，难以明确判断这笔为期六个月的预算将如何具体分配到各项功能开发上、各阶段的交付成果是什么、以及关键里程碑的时间安排。
