我认为这是一个非常及时且有前瞻性的提案,能够在当前生态中填补“贡献者参与路径缺失”的关键空白。

该计划在灵活性专业性之间找到了很好的平衡:

• 不设置长期薪酬,而是通过报销机制、荣誉激励与共同参与活动的方式,支持真实、有价值的贡献;
• 设置了清晰的“职责轨道”(内容、活动、开发者、讲者等),鼓励专长发展,降低新人参与门槛;
• 同时也强调了KPI 指标、行为规范与内部反馈机制,帮助打造更具责任感与持续影响力的社区文化。

我特别认同提案中所提出的几点:

“现在是建立一个有凝聚力、专业度且鼓舞人心的结构的关键时机,真正支持贡献者,并围绕共同愿景推动长期影响。”

相比直接发放薪资,这种以“贡献驱动 + 快速支持 + 公正协作”为核心的方式,更符合当前生态的需要,也更容易长期可持续。

期待 9 月份该计划正式上线!
