**Introduction:** This proposal outlines Team Feooh's development efforts towards the creation of the Sportsgeist, aimed at revolutionizing the sports betting industry. After a productive session with Daredevil3x7, it became evident that there's a strong passion for this project.  The introduction facilitated by Bob between our teams has been pivotal, and we aim to leverage this partnership to build on top of Zeitgeist Parachain.

**Project Goals: **
- Our primary goal is to launch the Minimum Product (MVP) version of Sportsgeist, incorporating the Zeitgeist SDK.
- Our approach involves closely aligning our development strategies with Zeitgeist's technological frameworks, especially its front-end stack, which employs React. This alignment ensures that Sportsgeist not only benefits from cutting-edge technology but also maintains consistency and compatibility with Zeitgeist's ecosystem.
- The purpose of the collaboration is to have a Demonstrable Application of Zeitgeist Prediction Market via Zexifi.

**Project Technical Updates:**
- **Technical UI Development**: The technical user interface for the Sportsgeist MVP has been successfully delivered. This version is currently hosted on Vercel, showcasing the progress and providing a tangible prototype for feedback and minor fixes.
- **Wallet Integration:** Various wallet integrations, including Polkadot.js and Talisman, have been implemented to facilitate seamless transactions within the Sportsgeist platform.
- **Backend Development:** The next phase of our development focuses on the backend, particularly the implementation of the SportsDuel functionality. This feature is central to Sportsgeist, enabling users to engage in competitive predictions and duels based on sports events. 
- **End-to-End Testing: **A comprehensive end-to-end (E2E) testing phase on the development network is planned. This testing is critical for identifying and addressing any potential issues before the public launch. 
- **MVP Launch:** The culmination of our efforts will be the launch of the Sportsgeist MVP on Battery Station. This platform will serve as the initial launchpad for Sportsgeist, allowing us to reach our target audience and gather valuable feedback for future iterations.

**Introduction:**
Consistent video curation for Zeitgeist on topics selected by Zeitgeist community team with a focus on education and awareness of Prediction Markets and the Zeitgeist platform. This proposal was created in cooperation with the Zeitgeist team to curate video content for the Zeitgeist Ecosystem. The goal of this project is to create several videos over a four month timeline that cover a list of topics handed down directly from the Zeitgeist team to [Animated Crypto](https://www.youtube.com/@AnimatedCrypto). There is an expectation for 8 individual videos that cover a series of evolving topics created by November 30th, 2023. 

**Project Objectives:**

- Curate quality video content for the Zeitgeist Ecosystem
- Coverage of a series of topics pertinent to Prediction Markets and the Zeitgeist Ecosystem

**Timeline:**

Start Date: August 1, 2023

End Date: November 30, 2023 

There is a targeted cadence of 2 videos created every month, or 1 video every 2 weeks. This would cover all 8 videos topics within the given timeline

Objective: Video curation over 4 months

**Conclusion:**

This project proposal outlines a plan to curate a series of 8 educational videos focusing on Prediction Markets and the Zeitgeist Ecosystem over a four-month timeline, starting from August 1, 2023, to November 30, 2023. The videos will be curated by a Romanian team in direct cooperation with the Zeitgeist team.

The objectives of the project are to produce high-quality video content for the Zeitgeist Ecosystem and to cover a range of topics pertinent to Prediction Markets and the Zeitgeist Ecosystem. The cadence is set at 2 videos per month or 1 video every 2 weeks.

**Conclusion:**
The proposal outlines a plan for the development and launch of Sportsgeist, a peer-to-peer (P2P) betting app that aims to revolutionize the sports betting industry. The project's objectives are to create a user-driven, social, and competitive betting platform, utilizing the advantages of both Web2 and Web3 technologies to provide a secure, decentralized, and user-friendly experience.

The scope of work includes the creation of a vision statement, a litepaper for the MVP, wireframes, a full design paper, a mock-up & clickable prototype, an official website, and finally, the development of the MVP. The timeline for these deliverables ranges from June 2023 to Q1/Q2 2024.

Potential risks such as inadequate understanding of user needs, unclear vision or strategy, technical challenges, overambitious MVP, misalignment between MVP and market needs, scope creep, ineffective communication, resource constraints, and insufficient quality assurance have been identified. Mitigation strategies for each of these risks have been proposed.
